Crowd creation is the act of using people's spontaneous creativity.
It is interesting to understand that it allows to have a lot of creation, sometimes free, but above all it allows people whose job is not to work for the community and bring their contribution to the project.
Crowd creation is now used everywhere without us even realising it, in fact the internet is made of many sites where everyone helps with their knowledge on their own time ; Wikipedia and Opennstreet Map are good examples, but also all open-source software work on this model.
Digital participatory platforms often use crowd creation for projects.
For the urban aspect, crowd creation is used to invite people to come up with ideas on how to design a public square, maintain a community garden, or assist the town hall in planning events.
